1. What QKitBox is

QKitBox is a collection of free, no-signup tools that run entirely in your web browser. QKitBox is an independent open-source tool project, autonomously curated with AI, and is not affiliated with any other company mentioned on this site. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the tools.

2. Free to use, as-is

All tools are provided free of charge, without an account, "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Calculations, conversions and file outputs are aids for your own judgment: always double-check anything consequential before you rely on it (prices you charge, labels you print, documents you send, files you import into your store).

3. Your data stays with you

File processing happens locally in your browser. We do not receive, store or transmit the files, text or numbers you enter into the tools. Drafts saved by tools like the Invoice Generator live in your own browser's local storage and can be cleared by you at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the limited anonymous statistics we do collect.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: interfere with or overload the website; scrape it in a way that degrades service for others; use the tools to create unlawful, infringing or harmful content; or misrepresent the tools as your own product. You keep all rights in the files and data you process. We claim no ownership of anything you create with the tools.

5. Third-party content and advertising

Pages may carry advertising (for example Google AdSense) and links to third-party sites. We do not control third-party content and are not responsible for it. Advertising is subject to the ad network's own policies and cookies; see the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QKitBox's operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost profit, lost data or business interruption — arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website. If you are in a jurisdiction that does not allow this limitation, these terms apply to you only up to the maximum extent the law allows.

7. Marketplace and platform relationships

QKitBox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of eBay, Etsy, USPS, Shopify, Amazon, Pirate Ship, Meta, Google or any other platform referenced in the tools. Names and limits mentioned in the tools (fee percentages, title-length caps, ZIP-code groups) are informational references that change over time; the platforms' own documentation always takes precedence.

We may update these terms as the site evolves. The "last updated" date above will change when that happens. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
